From their humble beginnings of jamming in a rented basement in the fall of 2005 to the success of opening for Korn in 2009, Mindset X has evolved to one of the most well respected trios in the area

With 3 full length CD's and 3 EP's under their belt Mindset X has paved the way for being known as one of the hardest working bands around. They draw a fine line between art and music with intelligent lyrical content, experimental guitar and bass work, thundering drums and in your face vocals. Mindset X's unique style comes from the wide influences of each three members. From metal to punk to everything in between, they have never been afraid to cross musical boundaries. As a band, Mindset X has always stood for individualism. The new LP, "As seen on TV", is no exception.

"As seen on T.V." was written and recorded in the fall of 2009 at The Chaos Factory in NH. Having released an EP in April of 2009, Mindset x had more songs under their belt and decided to head into the studio to finish the EP. The end result was an 8 song LP titled "As seen on T.V."

ASTV pushed Mindset X in a heavier direction, both musically and lyrically. With songs such as Snake Oil, Drop, Sunset Boulevard and the over the top Sheeple, they have once again challenged themselves and their fans.
